Poland's own Language Council sets these spellings by the word's history and grammar, not by sound: rz where related forms alternate with r, ó where the vowel was historically long. A tool reading the waveform hears one sound; only knowing which word it is settles the spelling, and that is a lexical judgement, not an acoustic one.

No. The reform that takes effect on 1 January 2026 changes capitalisation, hyphenation and spacing conventions. The Language Council's own published rules keep rz/ż, u/ó and h/ch exactly as they are, because they rest on the etymology of individual words rather than on a convention the reform was designed to simplify.

There is no flat rate, because no two files take the same work. Runtime, recording quality, how many people are talking, your deadline and whether you also need an English version all move the figure.
