What is ISO 9001 certification?
While ISO 9001 is not specific to the translation or localisation industry, it certifies that there are well-documented processes, focused on having a Quality Management System (QMS). It demonstrates effective planning, operation and control of a company's processes, and continual improvement. GoLocalise has been independently certified by The British Assessment Bureau — an objective metric by which to judge a language service provider.

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place.
