At GoLocalise, we are dedicated to offering exceptional service at competitive prices, ensuring you always receive outstanding value. The terms of our Price Match Promise below are designed to give you both peace of mind and the assurance of fair pricing in a dynamic industry.

Our policy reflects our confidence in our pricing and our commitment to customer satisfaction. By regularly monitoring the market, we make sure our rates remain the most competitive, matching or beating any like-for-like quote you receive from other service providers.

In the unlikely event you find a lower price elsewhere, simply present the quote and we will swiftly adjust our pricing, honouring our Price Match Promise.

Terms and conditions of the Price Match Promise

  1. Eligibility: GoLocalise provides a price match exclusively for identical or like-for-like quotes. To qualify, customers must provide the original PDF quote and corresponding email correspondence from the competing provider, including the relevant details.
  2. Price matching criteria: We will match quotes from providers within designated regions, provided the service offered is identical or closely equivalent (like-for-like) to our own. Determining the comparability of services, and region eligibility, is at our sole discretion.
  3. Price adjustment: Where a submitted quote meets the criteria, the price will be revised accordingly. Adjustments apply only at the point of purchase — we do not offer refunds for price differences after purchase.
  4. Limitations: Price matching is subject to availability and to the discretion of GoLocalise. We reserve the right to decline any request where we believe the quote does not meet the like-for-like criteria.
  5. Communication: Requests must be made in writing before finalising your purchase. Contact the project manager who provided your initial quote and they will forward your request to management for approval, together with the original PDF quote and email thread.
  6. Time limitation: All requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date you received the original quote from the competing provider.
  7. Reduction offer: Where a price match is not possible due to differences in service, we may, at our discretion, offer a reduction in our own pricing.
  8. Non-combination with other offers: The Price Match Promise cannot be used together with any other offer or promotion.
  9. Voice over projects: Availability of voice over talent is subject to their acceptance and schedule.
  10. Policy changes: GoLocalise reserves the right to change or end the Price Match Promise without prior notice.
  11. Discretion: All decisions concerning price matches are made at the sole discretion of GoLocalise and are final.
