For in-house marketing & brand teams
Localisation for marketing and brand teams
Your brand has one voice at home. In every other market it has as many voices as the suppliers you used. We record, subtitle and adapt your campaigns in 110 languages — with the usage rights explained before you sign, and the same voice waiting for you next time.

Why brand teams come to us
One brand, one voice, in every market you sell in
A campaign that took months to get right at home is usually given a week and a translation budget for everywhere else. The film gets subtitled by whoever is cheapest in each market, the voice changes every quarter, and the line that tested best in English becomes something nobody would say out loud in German. The brand does not travel — the file does.
We work the other way round. The voices you cast stay on file so the next campaign sounds like the last one, the copy is adapted rather than translated word for word, and every version comes back built for where it will actually play — a 6-second vertical cutdown is not the same job as a 60-second hero film, and we do not pretend it is.
What we localise
The work a brand team actually has to ship
Usually it starts as one finished master in English and a list of markets that want it by the end of the month.
Brand and hero films
The flagship piece, voiced or subtitled, sounding like the same brand everywhere.
Paid social ads
Per-platform cutdowns with burned-in subtitles, and the usage licence to match.
TV and online commercials
Recorded to broadcast spec, with territory and term agreed up front.
Product launches
Every market live on the same day, under embargo until it is not.
Website and product video
Explainers, demos and landing-page films — usually recording fee only.
Customer stories
Subtitled or voiced interviews that keep the speaker's own voice audible.
Employer brand and careers
Recruitment films that have to sound like the company people will join.
Events and conferences
Sizzle reels, stage films and captioned recordings for the follow-up.
Always-on content
The monthly drumbeat, kept consistent by reusing the same cast and glossary.
What you get that a per-market scramble will not give you
The things that compound campaign after campaign
The same voice next time
Your cast is kept on file per market, so the brand does not restart every quarter.
Usage, itemised
Recording fee and licence shown separately, so finance sees exactly what it is paying for.
Adapted, not translated
Transcreation for headlines and taglines, with back-translation so you can judge it.
Your words, kept straight
One glossary across markets and campaigns — product names spelled the same everywhere.
Built per platform
Aspect ratios, burned-in subtitles and safe areas per destination, not one file for all.
One PM, one invoice
However many markets, one brief and one purchase order to reconcile.
What catches marketing teams out
The four things nobody warns you about
The usage fee that was not in the budget. A voice over quote has two halves: the recording fee, and the usage fee — the right to run that recording in a given medium, territory and period. An internal film, your website or organic social normally carries no usage fee at all. The moment the same audio becomes a paid ad it does: from around £400–£1,200 on top for online and social advertising, and £700–£2,100 for broadcast TV, both at UK, one year, scaling up with territory and term. Cinema is charged again per country. We tell you this before you book, not after the campaign is live — and the usage fee calculator will work it out for you in a couple of minutes.
The licence runs out mid-flight. A one-year licence on an ad that performs well is a renewal, not a surprise. Buying a longer term or a buyout up front costs more on day one and removes the conversation entirely. Worth deciding while you still have negotiating room, which is before you record.
The slogan does not survive translation. Headlines, taglines and wordplay need transcreation — rewriting for the same effect, not the same words — and then someone in market who can say whether it lands. A literal translation of a good line is almost always a worse line. We adapt, we give you the back-translation, and your local office signs it off before we record.
Most of your audience never hears it. A large share of social video is watched with the sound off, and platforms crop it. A master that works on YouTube does not work as a 9:16 cutdown with burned-in subtitles and safe areas for the interface. We deliver per platform spec rather than handing you one file and wishing you luck.
Taking a campaign into new markets?
Send the master and the market list — or just the running time and where it will run. We will come back with an itemised quote that shows the recording and the usage separately.

Most common questions
What is a usage fee, and will we have to pay one?
A voice over quote has two parts: the recording fee for the performance and studio time, and the usage fee — the licence to run that recording in a given medium, territory and period. Internal video, your website and organic social normally carry no usage fee: you pay the recording only. Paid advertising does. As a guide, online and social advertising adds roughly £400–£1,200 and broadcast TV £700–£2,100 at UK, one year, scaling with territory and term. Our usage fee calculator walks you through it.
Can we keep the same voice for every campaign?
Yes, and it is the single best thing you can do for a brand in another language. We keep your cast on file per market, so the next campaign books the same actor rather than starting a search. Where a voice is no longer available we tell you early and shortlist the closest match instead of quietly substituting someone.
Is translating our tagline the same as translating the script?
No. Body copy translates; headlines, taglines and wordplay have to be transcreated — rewritten to land the same way, which sometimes means saying something different. We give you options with a back-translation of each, so you and your local team can judge them without speaking the language.
Can you deliver per platform, not just one master?
Yes. Vertical, square and landscape cutdowns, burned-in subtitles where the platform expects them, SRT or VTT where it does not, and safe areas respected so the interface does not sit on your text. Tell us the destinations and we build to each one.
How much of this can you do from a rough cut?
Enough to quote, and often enough to start. Scripts can be adapted and voices cast while the edit is still moving; we lock timings against the final master. That is usually what saves a week on a launch.
Do you work to our brand guidelines and glossary?
Yes, and if you do not have one for other languages we will build it as we go and hand it back. Product names, claims and the terms you never translate get fixed once and applied across every market and every campaign after it.
How quickly do you reply?
Over 50% of enquiries get a reply within 30 minutes during UK office hours, and an itemised quote normally comes back within four working hours. If a campaign date has moved, call +44 207 095 5730 rather than emailing.
What does it cost to budget for?
Our rates are published so you can build a number today: voice over from £400 for a studio hour plus any usage, subtitling from £15 a minute of video, translation from £0.145 a source word and dubbing from £60 a finished minute. Send the brief when the campaign is real and we will itemise it properly.
