What kind of Ukrainian voice over are you looking for?
Ukrainian is spoken by more than 40 million people and is the official language of Ukraine. It is also carried by one of the largest diasporas in the world, with long-established communities in Canada, the United States, Poland and Brazil, and more recent ones across the rest of Europe.
The single most important thing to get right is that Ukrainian and Russian are separate languages, not variants of one another. They are related, they share the Cyrillic script — although Ukrainian has letters of its own that Russian does not — but they are not interchangeable, and content aimed at a Ukrainian audience needs to be recorded in Ukrainian. Substituting one for the other is a mistake your audience will notice on the first line.
