Germany is a top-tier games market, so a German dub is usually core, not optional — and it comes with a technical catch: German runs longer than English, often 20–35%. For timed dialogue, cutscenes and anything lip-synced, that means we adapt lines to fit the mouth and the timing rather than letting them overrun, without losing the writer's intent. It's a craft German game localisation lives or dies on.

The performance is the usual game demand — range and stamina, the same actor moving between calm and combat, efforts and reactions delivered clean — with native German actors cast for the character and the world. Fantasy and sci-fi titles add invented names and compound terms, so we agree pronunciations up front and keep them consistent across the whole cast.

Then it's the implementation craft: consistent character voices across a long production, efforts and non-verbal pickups delivered as separate assets, and files named and formatted to your Wwise, FMOD or in-house convention.
