Mandarin is tonal — the same syllable means different things in different tones — so an imprecise read doesn't just sound off, it can change the meaning of a training point. That makes a native, precise narrator non-negotiable for a course, delivered in standard Putonghua with the clarity and patience a learner needs. We cast for it and keep the delivery consistent across every module.

The other Mandarin-specific decision is characters: mainland China uses simplified characters, while Taiwan and Hong Kong use traditional — and your on-screen text, quiz options and captions have to match your audience. We handle the voice over and the on-screen text together, agree a pronunciation guide for technical terms, product names and any English kept in English, and keep the same narrator across the course so nothing shifts.
